Can I bring a class to the garden?
Yes. ·It is best if there is a purpose – we have often incorporated subjects from the syllabus into visits. ·There must be enough staff to ensure the safety of the children, especially bearing in mind that we do not·yet have toilet facilities on site. There are toilets five minutes' walk away within the park, but children need to be accompanied if they have to make a visit.
Will you come to our school and run a session?
Yes, if we can. ·At the moment we have a limited number of education volunteers, but whether a visit is possible depends very much when it is and on what subject. ·Nevertheless, it's always worth asking as we do want to·build up this side of our activity again – it is at the core of what the Walled Garden Group is about.

Can you help us with our school garden?
We might be able to come and offer advice and suggest ways to make it work better for you. We don't (at present) have enough active volunteers to do the digging!
