1. Line the base of the flan tins. Pre-heat heat oven to 190ºC/gas 5/fan oven 170ºC.
2 weigh the eggs in their shells (I suggest three medium eggs which will make a 7”
3. Using the weight of the eggs, use the same weight of sugar, butter and flour,
add the eggs and the warm water. Beat very well until smooth and put equal amounts
into the prepared flan tins.
4. Place in oven and bake for aprox 30 mins until the cakes spring back when pressed.
